In the brick laid corridor running along the outside of the house, is the Tea Kadai.


Green wooden chairs & tables with striped table cloths under large multi-coloured umbrellas, or charming low tables under the guava, lime & neem tree at the back make up the wi-fi enabled Tea Kadai at The Madras Terrace House.
One of the biggest attraction there is Bablu, who runs the Tea Kadai. He delights with his quick-witted repartee, and whose samosas and chai are now becoming world-famous.


Freshly baked cupcakes, cutting chai, filter coffee, masala vadais, hot samosas, mushroom tarts are some of the snacks available. The Tea Kadai is the perfect spot for stimulating discussion, and some much-needed time out.
